1.Mix 3 cups of GEMINI ACHU MURUKKU mix with 2 cups of water.Add an egg.

2.Boil the oil in a deep frying pan and out achu murukku mould in it to warm up.

3.Then ,dip the mould 3/4 into mixture and fry in boiling oil.

4.While frying gently shake the mould to release cooking achu murukku from it.

5.Fry until golden yellow,leave to cool and serve .its sweet crispy taste is a sure delight.
