1.cook 130gm of toor dhall for 30 minutes,when it fully cooked add GEMINI SAMBAR PODI 100gm with the cut vegetable and leave it cook.

2.Heat 100ml oil in a pan,fry 1tsp of mustard seeds,urid dhall and fenugreek till fragrand than add 1 big slices onion and some  curry leave,when onion turn golden brown add into the boiled sambar mix,leaf to boil few minutes,sprinkle chopped coriander leave.GEMINI SAMBAR is ready to serve.
