1.GEMINI RAVATHOSAI MIX add 1 sliced large onion with 1.5 litre of water.

2.Use a large spoon and slowly pour mixture on the centre o hot thosai pan or non-stick frying pan.

3.Sprinkle one table spoon of ghee or cooking oil on ravathosai and scoop out when it turn to golden brown colour.
