1 1/2 KG chicken (mutton)

7 garlic,10 small onion,1/2 cm ginger,3 tsp GEMINI BRIYANI POWDER salt to taste,2 stick corriander leaf,4 cups briyani rice.6 cups water,6 tsp ghee,1 stick screwpine leaf.
METHOD
1.Cut chicken into pieces and mix with pounded items and briyani powder with salt.
2.Heat ghee,try items add chicken together with water and cook for 15 minutes.
3.Add briyani rice,green peas with screwpine leaf.
4.Allow chicken rice to cook in low fire and mix the corriander leaf.
