1.Heat 200ml ghee/oil in a pan.

2.Fry quikly in shallow oil 1/2 tablespoon fenugreek,1/2 tablespoon funnel seeds and 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds till release aroma.

3.Add 70gm onions,2 green chilies,3 tomatoes cut in to cubes and 2 stick of curry leaf and fry.

4.When it is cooked add 7 tablespoon of GEMINI FISH CURRY POWDER and enough salt with 300ml tamarined water.Leave it boil for few minutes.

5.Add 500ml water into it and boil it for 20 minutes.Gently add 500gm clean fish to this gravy and cook till done,until gravy simmer.

6.GEMINI FISH CURRY is ready garnish with chopped coriander leaf and serve hot with rice or cappati.
