1.Add 1 cup of GEMINI VADAI MIX to 3/4 cup of water.
2.Mix into a smooth batter,set aside for 10min.
3.Take a lemon size batter and flatter on a banana leaf or i your wet palm.
4.Deep fry vadai till golden brown.
5.For yogurt vadai dip fried vadai into the yogurt.
(if you need add fine chopped onions,Green chillies and curry leaves to batter.)
